Grilled Tilapia Fish Tacos
(serves 4)


5 tilapia fillets
8 flour tortillas (small size)
1 bottle Braswell’s Select Fish Taco Marinade
Aluminum foil or fish fillet grilling basket


sour cream (optional)
minced onion (optional)
fresh mango or tomato salsa (optional)
guacamole (optional)
shredded cheese (optional)
lime slice (optional)

1. Marinate tilapia fillets for 30 minutes. Place tilapia on 300° grill (on aluminum foil or in a fish fillet grilling basket). Cook for 5-10 minutes and flip once. Fill flour tortilla with a portion of fish and then top with desired toppings.
